Cobb Salad

Ingredients

6 slices Indiana Kitchen bacon cooked and chopped

3 cups Indiana Kitchen ham chopped

3 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped

6 eggs hardboiled, shelled and chopped

1 head iceberg lettuce chopped

3 tomatoes chopped

3 avocados pitted and chopped

1 onion chopped

3 green onions chopped

1 cup blue cheese crumbled

ranch dressing or swap for your preferred salad dressing

Serving: 6 servings

Instructions

1. Divide shredded lettuce among individual plates to make bed for rest of ingredients.

2. Evenly divide and arrange bacon, ham, chicken, eggs, tomatoes, onion, avocado, blue cheese and green onions on top of lettuce.

3. Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy.
