Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

10 strips Indiana Kitchen bacon sliced in half down the center

1 bunch asparagus 20 stalks trimmed at the bottom

salt

pepper

Serving: 4-6 people

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line baking pan with foil.

2. Rinse asparagus and cut ends.

3. Cut bacon strips in half down the center, creating two thinner, individual strips.

4. Wrap each piece of asparagus with one thin strip of bacon.

5. Place bacon-wrapped asparagus on pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and serve.
