Loaded Tater Tots
Ingredients
1/2 pound Indiana Kitchen bacon cut into small pieces
2 pounds tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
chives for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Spread out tater tots and cut bacon onto baking sheet.
3. Bake for 25 minutes. Loosen and flip tater tots and bacon and then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Garnish with chives and serve with a dollop of sour cream on the side.
