French Onion and Bacon Dip
Ingredients
8 slices Indiana Kitchen bacon cooked and crumbled
1 onion thinly sliced
1 container sour cream 12 ounces
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and let cook, stirring occasionally until they are caramelized- about 10-15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, stir together onions and remaining ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Serve chilled with chips.
