Sauteed Bacon with Spinach

Ingredients

4 slices Lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small roma tomatoes

2 cloves green bell pepper

16 oz spinach

medium apple

Serving: 4 servings

Instructions

1. Cook bacon, chop and set aside.

2. In another pan, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the onion and cook for about five minutes, until onions are translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

3. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted and bright green. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Stir in bacon and serve.
